Overview
Renewable capacity only pays back if the control system behind it is trustworthy. We integrate SCADA, monitoring and interlocking so generation, storage and industrial load-management systems report accurately and fail safely.
In practice
Renewable work at plant scale is rarely a single asset. A site runs rooftop solar, a wind PPA feeding the same bus, a battery for peak shaving, and a diesel set that must never parallel incorrectly — each arriving with its own vendor portal and none of them talking to the plant's load-management system. Our work is the layer above: protocol conversion, a unified tag structure, and interlocking that decides which source carries the load and what happens when one drops.
That layer is also where interconnection compliance lives. Anti-islanding, ramp-rate limits and the reactive-power envelope agreed with the DISCOM all have to be enforced and evidenced, not just configured once at commissioning. We build the control logic to IEEE 1547 and secure the network path to IEC 62443, so the export point behaves the way the connection agreement says it does — and there is a log to prove it did.
